Sentai products are designed to keep your business in business and operating effieiciently and safely.  If you are using our backup solution or our Warehouse Automation solution our products become ciritcal to your business.  The service level required by one of our products or customers may be completely different for another customer.  We are happy to provide support and training programs that can be customized to suit your specific requirements.  Here are a few examples of the Services we can offer you as a Sentai customer.

Sentai's Consulting Services offer you the ability to work directly with our consultants to re-engineer your existing processes or to automate the unique aspects of your business. Whether it's an e-commerce initiative you're considering or the automation of your sales force, we can bring our experience with companies all around the world to work for you and to deliver you a solution on time and on budget.  In particular our Warehouse Consulting team can provide you with an operational audit and series of recommendations to improve your warehouse.

Sentai's Companion Implementation Program acknowledges that you're buying more than software, you're joining our growing family of users. Our dedicated implementation teams begin to educate new customers on relevant design concepts and features long before the software arrives or specific decisions are made. We spend a great deal of time understanding how and why you do the things that you do. Not until we understand one another's methodologies in some detail can we begin to tailor our applications to best meet your present and future needs. Our implementation team then develops and works through a training schedule and remains on assignment well beyond your initial Go-live. They are there to answer questions, continuously train, and just be there for support until you're ready to release them. In short, our team accompanies you through the entire software transition so that you never feel alone.

Sentai-Talk is a means for users from all over the world to share ideas and meet one another on-line. Sentai support monitors this forum to ensure that inaccurate information is identified, but we try to minimize our influence in the discussions, preferring to allow users themselves to direct the forum.

Education and Training on Sentai's applications and development environments is always available to keep your users and programmers up to speed. You can either attend our regularly scheduled training classes or arrange for standard or customized training at your site.

Sentai's Software Updates are released periodically. Release notes include detailed documentation of all changes and enhancements incorporated into the version update.
