Accelerator is a flexible, comprehensive computer hosting program for Sentai Software clients who require the reliability, data center facilities, and technical expertise that Sentai already has in-house. Whether you require a “one stop” software solution that is both flexible and cost efficient or prefer to minimize “start up” costs relative to new Sentai application licenses, Accelerator can be an excellent option for you. With Accelerator, Sentai customers can now enjoy the flexibility of not being locked into long term hosting contracts. The solution is remarkably simple. Instead of buying your Sentai license outright, you have the option of paying a monthly fee which includes license, maintenance, and premier support based on a pre-determined maximum number of concurrent users. You select the server that best suits your requirements. You only need to buy the server, any third party software, and the implementation services. Sentai will work with you to find the optimum server specification for your needs.

Sentai already has an extensive infrastructure in place to install and maintain your server. You decide whether you wish to purchase, finance, or lease your server. You will pay less because you are buying your server direct. Once the server investment has been made, Sentai will install your server in a Sentai data center. Sentai charges a fixed monthly rate for hosting and maintaining your computer. This fee commences on the first of the month following the day your computer is available for implementation. Your monthly software usage and support fee commences on the 1st of the month following your first log-in to the system. Your concurrent usage can be increased at any time for a minimum period of 3 months and your monthly software usage and support fee will be adjusted accordingly.

You can also reduce your concurrent usage down to the default level with a concurrent decrease in your software usage and support fee provided that your prior increase has been in place for at least 3 months. Fees for hosting and maintaining your computer will remain the same.
