End User training

End User training is designed to cater to your specific customer business operations. Our objective is to learn how your business operates and to configure our software to fit your business processes in order for you to utilize our software to its fullest.

End user training involves a brief lesson on navigating through the application. This is followed by a training agenda designed to fit the group's needs. For example, when training warehouse receiving people, training would include accessing a purchase order, editing quantities, receiving, printing labels, addressing product and supplier inquiries, printing P/O reports, etc. For product or inventory control personnel, training would include the setup of product attributes and values. This would involve an extensive discussion on product setup strategies.  We will spend time during the training to design meaningful product-IDs and report codes for easy reporting and searching and to discuss the use of attributes and synonyms. Pricing and cost factors are also important discussions in this type of end user training.

End user training is geared to the user's needs. We work with you to put together training groups according to functional areas and then customize the training to fit the group's needs. Information for end users is presented simply and directly in order to ensure that everyone understands how Sentai applications will be used in their day-to-day functions. We will always try to arrange end user training so that we are training your users in your building using your training database with your products and customers so that the training has context and makes immediate sense to your employees.
