Announcing Sentai-Talk. As more and more customers now have access to email, we at Sentai Software thought that the time was right for our customers to use this technology as a method of sharing ideas, procedures, questions, etc.
What is Sentai-Talk?
Sentai-Talk is a forum for discussing issues of common interest concerning the use of Sentai software.
How do I join?
Send an email to sentai-subscribe@topica.com with subscribe in the subject line.
Is there a limit on the number of subscribers for a customer?
No, you can have as many people subscribing to Sentai-Talk as you would like.
What will Sentai-Talk cost me?
There is no additional cost for this service.
How do I use it?
You will use the address sentai@topica.com to address your comment or question to the Sentai-Talk group.
How does it work?
Your incoming mail posting will be redistributed by Sentai to all the members of Sentai-Talk. These members would then reply to sentai@topica.com and this reply would go to you and to all of the other list members.
Will Sentai-Talk replace support?
No, any comment made by a Sentai employee on this list is not by any means to be construed as an official support answer. While we will definitely partake in the discussion, any problem that you have should go through the regular support channels by emailing us at support@sentai.com.
