With no training, a remote salesperson can log into the system, select the customer on whose behalf s/he is working,  select the shipping location, and then begin entering orders or looking up stock status, shipment status, and much more.

In addition, a remote salesperson may need to check on the status of a payment, a rush order, or special pricing. If you allow your salespeople to edit prices in the host system, they can edit this field in the web store. If they can enter a discount for the entire order value, the same can be done online.
