The evolution of the Consumer Products Distribution industry has mandated that distributors must manage all of the details of EDI, ASN's, GS1-128's (formerly UCC-128), etc. both inbound and outbound. Pinpoint has been designed from the ground up to manage and streamline warehouses that are shipping product to major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Target, etc.

Bulk pulling:  Pinpoint employs an elegant mechanism to manage those big, BIG orders for hundreds of stores at a time. The system can generate a "Marshalling Pick" for the whole order to a staging area. A series of Store Direct Quantity (SDQ) packs can then be labeled and shipped at any time. This technology has streamlined picking and shipping big orders from four days to four hours.

Integrated compliance labeling:  If GS1-128's (formerly UCC-128) or MH10's are required for SDQ's, Pinpoint is ready to deliver. Pinpoint can be configured to print and label outbound boxes, bags, or totes at any time during the pick, pack, QA, or shipping process.

Reserve stock for special customers:  Pinpoint has the unique ability to differentiate between two or more products that are the same SKU but that have been "reserved" (or priced or labeled or boxed) for a special customer and therefore must not be shipped to the wrong customer.
