The Companion Program

Sentai takes implementation and start-up very seriously. We don't believe in teaching you how to set up our software and then leaving you to live with the consequences. Too many companies have used classroom training as a means of saving money and the results have inevitably been incorrect setup decisions.

 

At Sentai, we schedule the time required for our implementation analysts to interview relevant individuals on the customer's site so that your employees can describe in detail how their responsibilities are fulfilled. We then set up the software to accommodate your needs. If specific procedures cannot be readily achieved, you are informed and other options are explored. Future plans are discussed to ensure the long-term benefits of your software choice.

 

It is the Implementation Team's mission to bring up new sites quickly and efficiently and to make the customer's business operate more effectively and with a greater understanding of their business information.

 

The Companion Program's Implementation Plan is a standard document that serves as the basis of all Sentai Distribution Solutions installations. This is the document that leads the planner logically through the Implementation Interview and systematically deals with all of the setup issues relevant for the specific business. A copy of a sample plan can be supplied upon request. Once the plan is completed, it directs the team at Sentai in not only setting up your software but also in educating the entire team about your business so that support can be provided with an understanding of your needs.
