Set It and Forget It Backups

Set It - Quickly solve your customers' data protection requirements using our partner web portal, small download (5 MB), and intuitive user interface. No need to receive, configure, install, and maintain any physical appliances or extra hardware -- just a quick download, short setup, and they're all set!  When your customer signs up 5 minutes later you can have them up and running. It's that easy!

Configuring the software is as easy as setting the credentials and pass phrase, selecting the data to backup, and setting a backup schedule. A configuration template can be used for even quicker setup or for scripted deployment scenarios. For large customers, preload the initial backup to a USB disk and from then on only the block-level changes have to be sent across the network.

Forget It - Once configured, monitor the status of all services for all customers from a single web page in our partner web portal. Our solution is designed to automatically recover from temporary network and operating system errors, but in the case of a problem needing attention, you'll be proactively alerted.
