Commission Management
Trax Distribution:Solutions Commission Management module takes the pain out of commission management even under complex structures. You will now be able to review commission earnings by sales people, products, or departments so that you can develop strategies to meet your sales goals as well as keep your sales team happy with timely settlement.
With the Commission Management Module, you can
- group products and assign a rate of commission to sales personnel
- calculate commission based on a percentage of "sales" or "gross margin"
- vary commission rates based on salesperson, sales, product, and more
- split commissions
- apply a threshold commission variance
- interface to both the Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules to record all commission transactions paid to each sales personnel.
