RF Hardware Selection

There are numerous manufacturers and resellers of RF equipment suitable to your Pinpoint Warehouse:Solutions implementation. We recommend that you choose a reputable company with an established service network as handheld units are prone to relatively abusive use and require periodic service. We are not directly associated with any manufacturers but have relationships with well-established resellers and are happy to assist in the selection of appropriate hardware.

The support and maintenance contracts on this equipment are held by the reseller and all subsequent hardware related issues are between the reseller and the Pinpoint Warehouse:Solutions user. We will always be available to assist in diagnosing problems and to mediate concerns, but in the interests of expediting service and eliminating confusion, we attempt to focus on the software concerns and let the hardware experts take care of their issues.

Pinpoint Warehouse:Solutions users will be charged a small fee to configure equipment to the software.
