Internal Replenishment

Pinpoint Warehouse:Solutions sustain an efficient work space by ensuring that adequate inventory is maintained in all locations throughout the warehouse. Forward pick areas and unit of measure locations are regularly replenished from surplus stock to eliminate the need for pickers to detour to distant storage locations during fulfillment activities. All primary bins are assigned min/max levels that are maintained through the internal replenishment logic. Depending on the nature of the specific warehouse, primary pick areas should not require replenishment more than once every week or two.
