Here is what you can expect when you work with Sentai

We go on-site to your location for 2-4 days, during which time we are gathering data and meeting with you and any other important participants in your distribution operation. At the beginning of the first day, we go on tour, observe your physical setup and distribution methods, ask questions of warehousing personnel, record vital measurements, our observations, and any verbal input vital to the project.

Note: Prior to our visit, we will have asked for and received as much data as you could gather - this will have allowed us to begin the brain-storming process, giving the project a "head-start." 

On the second or third day, after we have analyzed the information we have garnered, and initiated the problem-solving process, we meet again with all involved persons. This meeting allows us, as well as you, an opportunity to share our observations and initial problem-solving thoughts. This also allows both parties to coordinate the observations and information, and avoid inaccurate information, impressions, or expectations on the part of the other.
